Dad's Army - The DVD Collection

Deagonasti began producing the Dad's Army DVD Collection magazine partwork in 2005. Fully authorised by the BBC each issue retailed at £7.99 (after the introductory £1.99 for issue 1).

The DVD's commence from the first colour TV episode The Armoured Might Of Lance Corporal Jones and ran through to Never Too Old before featuring the surviving episodes of Series 1 and 2 on the last three discs.

It is worth mentioning that many episodes from Series 5 onwards were available on DVD through this collection several months before they were available via the BBC Series sets (in the case of the much sought after 1971 Christmas special - Battle Of The Giants, some 2 years!).

The collection took a year to complete, three episodes appeared on each disc, and in some cases, some special features appeared on the discs that had or would also appear on the BBC Series sets.
